Encouraging labor mobility in field of sustainable tourism services
The project is focused on encouragement the integration of the Romanian – Bulgarian cross border area in terms of employment and labor mobility in field of sustainable tourist services.
The objective of the project proposal is to provide access to joint employment initiatives such as:
– Strategic plan for sustainable usage of cultural and natural heritage of the area, focused on tourist service which can activate workforce mobility;
– Establishment of a network of local business, local authorities and unemployed population in the region in order to exchange good practices;
– Establishment of innovative joint database for promotion of tourist services and job seeking;
– Conduction of a vocational trainings in the field of tourism
